About the Role:
- We're looking for a strategic and driven Modern Trade professional to lead sales, key account partnerships, and front-end execution at a national level.
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building strong retail relationships, and loves turning shopper insights into real growth stories.
What You'll Do:
- Lead Joint Business Plans with top retail chains, driving growth and visibility.
- Build and execute channel & customer strategies with the right mix of assortment, promotions, and activations.
- Lead and coach a high-performing sales team across regions.
- Manage distributor partnerships for strong service levels and supply efficiency.
- Expand in-store presence and chilled capacity through smart asset deployment.
- Ensure sales forecasting, promo calendars, and competitive benchmarking are flawlessly executed.
What You'll Bring:
- MBA / Postgraduate in Business or Marketing.
- 5+ years in Sales / Marketing, with strong exposure to Modern Trade or Key Account Management.
- Strong negotiation & strategic planning skills.
- Proven leadership in managing teams and channel partners.
- Analytical mindset with high commercial acumen.
