Job Summary

The role involves driving growth and profitability across leading national e-commerce and quick commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and BigBasket. The position requires building strategic partnerships, leading joint business planning, ensuring smooth execution, and achieving sales and profitability targets for the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with key e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.

- Negotiate Terms of Trade (TOTs) to secure mutually beneficial commercial agreements.

- Leverage experience with Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket) experience here is essential.

- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies around distribution, visibility, pricing, and promotions.

- Lead demand forecasting and facilitate collaborative planning with customers.

- Develop and execute annual business plans for key accounts.

- Coordinate quarterly marketing and promotional calendars with internal marketing and brand teams.

- Deliver high-quality account servicing to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Oversee and support new product launches, ensuring effective planning and execution.

- Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions to adapt sales strategies as needed.

- Improve efficiency through defined SLAs, processes, and formats for customer claims and issue resolution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, content, and finance to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

- Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

- 6-8 years of experience in FMCG Sales / E-Commerce, with at least 2 years as a Key Account Manager (KAM) for e-commerce platforms.

- Proven negotiation and relationship management capabilities.

- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
