National Head - Security - Security/Law Enforcement
Ex-defence person preferredKey Responsibilities:
- Lead security and safety operations across multiple locations.
- Develop and implement security policies, systems and processes.
- Drive risk assessment, crisis management and business continuity planning.
- Establish emergency response and incident management procedures.
- Coordinate with law enforcement and government authorities.
- Identify security risks and implement preventive measures.
- Drive the use of technology to strengthen security operations.
- Lead and manage large teams.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 20-28 years of experience in security management.
- Ex-defence/ex-forces background would be strongly preferred.
- Experience managing security operations across multi-location hospital chains, large hotel chains, commercial properties, retail assets, or other large establishments.
- Strong exposure to risk management, crisis management and safety practices.
- Good leadership, team management and stakeholder management skills.
