Role Summary
The National Head Sales will lead nationwide product sales strategy, drive revenue targets, and manage multi-state sales teams.
The role demands strong expertise in product sales and channel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute national sales strategy across all regions.
- Lead zonal managers, sales teams, and channel partners.
- Build market expansion plans and territory penetration strategies.
- Drive product positioning, branding alignment, and market competitiveness.
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Strengthen customer and partner relationships for long-term revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for product campaigns and GTM execution.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Product Sales & National Sales Management
- Ability to manage large distributed sales teams
- Strong negotiation, business planning, and forecasting abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience in retail, consumer products, or B2B/B2C sales
- Exposure to CRM tools and sales analytics
Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading national sales operations
