Description:
Strategic Planning & Business Development:
- Strategize, develop, plan, implement and monitor the sales, business development and operations effort to develop sustainable relationships with the business partners and profitability across business lines
- Strategizing sales projections based on trends, expansion plans, marketing and business development strategy
- Architect Sales Strategy: Strategize, develop, and implement comprehensive sales and business development roadmaps to drive sustainable relationships with business partners and ensure profitability across all verticals.
- Forecasting & Market Intelligence: Strategize sales projections based on emerging market trends, competitive landscapes, expansion plans, and overarching marketing strategies.
- Annual Planning: Create the annual Business Development plan, breaking it down into cohesive, actionable sections based on organizational goals, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Revenue Growth & Target Achievement:
- P&L Ownership: Take full accountability for the projection and achievement of annual sales targets, ensuring consistent top-line growth.
- Channel Expansion: Identify, cultivate, and improve sales channels to unlock new avenues for higher revenue growth and market penetration.
- Target Cascading: Define and cascade realistic, relevant, and challenging targets to regional and zonal teams, ensuring alignment with the annual vision.
- Policy Formulation: Review and formulate robust sales policies, including pricing structures, channel strategies, promotion frameworks, and incentive schemes to drive desired behaviors.
- Operational Governance: Monitor and enforce strict process adherence across PAN India centers to ensure a standardized and high-quality customer experience.
- Sales Stimulation: Collaborate with the Marketing function to develop, communicate, and roll out sales stimulation initiatives and campaigns that support lead generation and conversion.
- Strategic Business Partnering: Build strong, collaborative relations with Business Partners (BPs) by adopting a 'business-first' approach. Actively value and leverage BP contributions while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Revenue Management & Brand Vision: Drive a clear strategic vision for brand growth and market expansion. Maintain hands-on oversight of revenue numbers and financial metrics to ensure data- driven decision-making and target achievement.
