Responsible for appointing, developing, managing sales team and channel partners. 2. Responsible for Primary & Secondary Sales by Distributor in his Responsible Area and Fleet customer. 3. Responsible for starting and building up the Fleet Sales Vertical with the vision of establishing a 35 Crore Turnover within 3 years time. 4. Review Sales & P/L for the veritical and submitting weekly report to the Management. 5. Responsible for company's sales growth by capturing market share and move ahead of close competitors in the industry. 6. Responsible for taking regular review meetings of his teams in hierarchy. Key Result Areas: 1. Independently manage fleet business through distributors and direct through the company 2. Build strong network/ channel by demonstrating great team leadership skills. 3. Champion sales in Pan India 4. Business Generation in the newly established Fleet Business Vertical.
