Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented B2B Sales Manager to drive industrial sales of turnkey solutions across high-impact sectors including Cement, Steel, Automotive, Electronics, Aerospace, and Defence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex sales cycles, building long-term client relationships, and closing high-value deals in the industrial domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for turnkey industrial solutions in target sectors (Cement, Steel, Automotive, Electronics, Aerospace, Defence)
- Manage the complete B2B sales lifecycle from lead generation, proposal development, technical presentations, negotiations, to contract closure
- Develop and nurture key client relationships and strategic accounts
- Collaborate with internal engineering, project, and product teams to deliver customized solutions based on client requirements
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and new areas of growth
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular reports to senior management
- Participate in industry expos, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and expand client reach
- Ensure timely collection of payments and coordinate post-sales support for clients
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Technology / Industrial Management; MBA is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in B2B/industrial sales with focus on turnkey or engineering solutions
- Strong industry network in one or more of the following: Cement, Steel, Automotive, Electronics, Aerospace, Defence
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Technical aptitude and ability to understand complex industrial systems or solutions
- Willingness to travel as required (domestic/international)
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in capital equipment, industrial automation, process engineering, or EPC projects
- Exposure to public sector and defence procurement processes
- Prior involvement in long-cycle consultative sales
