Position : Business Head - General Trade Experience : 12 - 15 years in Sales, At least 5 years in GT business Level : Sr. Manager / DGM Education : MBA - Sales & Marketing preferable Reporting :Position reports to: Head of Retail Role: To lead and drive the General Trade business, and achieve the top and bottom line targets as per the plan Job Description: - Responsible for delivering top and bottom line targets of GT business (Quarterly and Annual P&L) - Responsible for end to end new introductions / replacement of products to all Distributor / Direct Dealer's Stores at national level. - To identify & correct the gaps to improve reach- Numeric distribution & Weighted distribution - Handling a team with zonal business heads and drive business as per planned for FY - Review monthly, quarterly, annual business performance and take corrective actions as required. - Monthly S&OP and ROFO planning for accurate sales forecast. - Ensuring process adherence as per the Commercial Norms - Developing the network of potential distributor all over the country for GT business - Closely working with Product and C&TM team for timely execution of new product launches and on ground activations. - Suggest ways to improve Salesforce Automation for effective coverage and PJP adherence. - Analysing current EFL and competitor presence and suggesting the best promotions, products and price to pitch our products - Monthly secondary / tertiary planning and execution in line with primary target - To track & monitor ROI of distributors on regular intervals
