National Head - Delivery - Government/PSU & Non BFSI

We are looking to hire a seasoned delivery leader for the role of National Head - Delivery to lead and manage large-scale Government, PSU, and Non-BFSI engagements across India.

This leadership role will be responsible for driving strategic delivery operations, managing large transformation programs, ensuring client success, and leading a workforce of 1000+ professionals across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery for large Government, PSU, and enterprise accounts across India

- Manage large-scale digital transformation and IT services delivery programs

- Drive operational excellence, governance, profitability, and customer satisfaction across accounts

- Build and manage strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and government bodies

- Lead large cross-functional delivery teams and ensure seamless execution of complex projects

- Define delivery strategies, resource planning, risk management, and escalation handling

- Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance, quality benchmarks, and program governance standards

- Drive business growth through delivery excellence and strategic account expansion

- Mentor and develop leadership teams while building strong delivery capabilities across regions

Desired Profile:

- 20+ years of experience in large-scale project/program delivery

- Strong background in IT Services, System Integration, or Consulting organizations

- Proven experience managing $100M+ portfolios across Government and PSU projects in India

- Strong expertise in handling large delivery teams, transformation programs, and enterprise engagements

- Experience working with Government RFPs, compliance frameworks, and public sector stakeholders preferred

- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and strategic planning capabilities
