National Head - Branch Banking

Location: Thrissur

Strategic Leadership:

- Lead the nationwide branch banking operations, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and business objectives.

- Build and execute customer-centric marketing, sales, and engagement programs to drive growth and loyalty.

Operational Excellence & Compliance:

- Ensure all branches adhere to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and compliance frameworks.

- Continuously enhance process efficiency and service excellence across branch operations.

- Monitor key operational metrics (productivity, efficiency, cost-to-income ratio, profitability).

People Leadership & Succession Planning:

- Mentor, coach, and develop senior leaders to create a strong leadership pipeline.

- Foster a performance-driven culture across branches.

- Drive employee engagement and retention through effective leadership practices.

Business Growth & Customer Engagement:

- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, CASA growth, cross-sell and fee income.

-Enhance customer experience by implementing best-in-class service delivery frameworks.

- Anticipate market trends and recommend innovative solutions for branch expansion and product penetration.

Education:

- Preferred: Post-Graduation (MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, or related discipline).

- Essential: Graduation in any discipline with strong credentials in banking leadership.

Experience:

- 20-25 years of progressive experience in Branch Banking within leading banks.

- Minimum 8-10 years in senior leadership roles managing large-scale retail banking operations across multiple regions.

- Proven expertise in retail banking sales, customer engagement, compliance, and operational governance.

-Strong track record in driving business growth, managing P&L, and leading large distributed teams.
