Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Anchor the Trade Input design, execution and evaluation to drive incremental business from the channel
- Partner with the Zonal Sales Managers to plan and design trade schemes to deliver the AOP volume , value and Market share plans for the channel - on a national capacity.
- Engage with ASMs to have periodic dialogue on efficacy of trade schemes
- Prepare and formalize a culture of post activity evaluation with the stakeholders
- Own the end to end consumer promotion planning process in line with our occasion calendar with an objective to drive consumption
Manage end to end Channel Programs:
- Own the Program with a holistic understanding of Top Stores- target setting and payouts
- Partner with ASMs on closure of TOT and JBPs with large Regional Chains
- Plan, Measure and Execute bespoke solutions for Top Stores to drive throughput.
Own the RTM Plans for the channel:
- Anchor the RTM Planning for the channel | Drive efficiency KPIs in partnership with the Zones
Channel & Revenue Management:
- Anchor the Channel P&L: Identify levers of growth and plan long term strategies to help drive sustainable top and bottom line growth from the channel
- Partner with Sales Excellence in ensuring seamless deployment of Sales Projects ( Vistaar, Dakshin, Sunrise etc). Consistently innovate in our RTM approach to create future-ready sales system
- Conduct periodic reviews with the Sales Team and highlight actions needed to bridge the gap Vs Plan | Lead the Revenue Management agenda for the channel by optimizing Mix and Pricing.
Must have: 5 + Years of Work Experience in FMCG as Area Manager , 2+ years experience in Trade/Customer marketing function desirable
