Job Responsibilities:

Financial:

- To manage the risk of the portfolio to ensure the bank grows with a healthy portfolio and in line with the defined financial parameters

- Manage relations with collection agencies.

- To personally get involved in collections, if required, to maintain the desired delinquency levels.

- Maintain a department organizational structure sufficient to meet all goals and objectives

- To liaison closely with Business and Product teams to ensure a consistent robust portfolio growth

- To possess in depth knowledge of various industries and micro markets in various geographies from a lending perspective

- Recommend changes in the credit policy to senior management, if required

- To train the Regional Credit Managers/Credit Managers adequately to perform their tasks
