- Strategic Ownership of Financial Performance and Commercial Processes
- Accountable for end-to-end financial stewardship of the business, including full ownership of P&L and operational levers.
- Lead channel-specific P&L strategy with a forward-looking, long-term perspective.
- Rigorously monitor and analyze each P&L component to ensure financial discipline and identify optimization opportunities.
- Define and govern the commercial strategy across the division to drive sustainable profitability.
- Develop financial forecasts, trends, and budgets, and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
- Maintain a deep understanding of system workflows and their financial implications across P&L lines.
- Partner closely with commercial and sales teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
