National Collection Manager - Unsecured Collection

Role Purpose:

- The role will be responsible for execution of the collection plan for the given financial portfolio. The incumbent will be responsible for recovery and shall be involved in supporting the Resolution Team by assisting in enforcement of action under SARFAESI, Asset Repossessions, Identification of Investors for Sale, holding negotiations for settlement etc.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Ensure the collection targets are met

- Leading the allocated team in the region and drive their performance & morale

- Ensure end to end NPA Management & Write off Recovery Mechanism

- Ensure payments, Audit receipts get deposited within the defined SLA

- To ensure all necessary legal actions are compiled for resolution and recovery

- Close coordination with legal team to make sure all the legal actions are initiated to maximize recoveries
