Role Overview:

Seeking a seasoned Collections Leader to drive end-to-end collections strategy and performance for secured products (LAP/HL). The role involves managing bucket-wise collections, portfolio health, agency management, legal actions, and process improvement to ensure optimal recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead collections for secured portfolio (LAP/HL).

- Develop and execute collection strategies across buckets.

- Manage agencies, legal vendors & field teams.

- Monitor portfolio performance & drive corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with policies & regulatory standards.

Requirements:

- 10-15+ years of secured collections experience.

- Strong leadership & portfolio management skills.

- Experience in NBFC/HFC preferred.
