- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement national collection strategies for CV/Tractor loans, aligning with business goals and maintaining portfolio health.
- Performance Management: Set targets, monitor delinquency (DPD, buckets), control NPA levels, and ensure high productivity and efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage collection managers and field executives across regions; foster a high-performance culture.
- Operations Oversight: Manage agency performance (SLAs), oversee repossession activities, and handle high-value/complex cases personally.
