National Channel Manager (M.T)  Job location: Delhi  Key Requirements & Qualification:  - For the position candidate need have to good experience in Modern Trade  - The candidate having experience in FMCG sector especially food & beverages are given preference for the position.  - Identify and classify National chains into critical accounts for the company's brand presence and create a plan to ensure business relationship is built to drive presence, volumes and value  - Responsible for developing a price pack strategy with special packs for chains  - Responsible for Identification and assessment of National chains.  Job Responsibilities:   - Develop Strategy for channel; partner with cross functional teams to Deliver strategy/plans.  - Ensure Best in class service levels at optimal cost; partner with regions, supply chain to execute plans.  - Manage terms of Trade with MT customers with win-win situation on customer expectations & margin requirements  - Develop and lead the Joint Business planning process with customers ensuring commitment on volumes & agree activity plan to support the same.  - Lead a structured activity calendar plan in coordination with marketing team; ensure execution through regional team.  - Develop/Re-assess KPIs; set KPIs/Measures/Standards and Review the same at a set frequency across stake holders.  Related Work Experience:  - Experience of managed MT and Cash n Carry channels/customers in FMCG Company.  - Experience in Traditional trade operations in FMCG Company.  - Lead a team of people  - Worked with cross functional teams  - Candidates from core FMCG Domain.  - Experience in Modern Trade sales.  - Experienced in to Explore, Identify, Enroll and Manage National chains  - Experience in Driving Brand Activation in National Chains
