It is a crucial lever in both politics and governance. We are looking for a Consultant who is dynamic, enthusiastic and keen-eyed enough to go beyond the obvious, draw complex insights and provide actionables to the team and the client. Primary Responsibilities: - Monitor social media activities of the client and the competitive landscape - Create models/templates for analyzing social media performance data - Prepare insightful documents/presentations based on this data for creating social media strategy for clients - Effective designing, implementing and monitoring of the digital media campaigns in coordination with different stakeholders, with end-to-end ownership of the complete process Qualities we are looking for: - Strong problem solving skills - Proficient with MS Excel and Powerpoint - Ability to analyze data to derive actionable insights - Strong written, communication and presentation skills. - Passion for politics and marketing - Drive to make a large scale impact in the field of elections and in democracy - Must interact effectively with all levels of management and ensure smooth inter-teams coordination Educational/Experience Qualifications: - Bachelor Degree from a leading Indian / International education institution. - Relevant experience of 2+ years gained in either Strategy Consulting firms, Digital Marketing firms, product or growth focused roles or similar experience in the relevant sector. - Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, policies, and procedures within the consulting industry or digital marketing firms. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Sheet P.S This is a contractual role till April 2024
