We use fresh & whole ingredients such as milk, yogurt, pulp/juices of various fruits & vegetables as well as fresh flowers and leaves to build personal care products for everyday use. The founding team has a strong startup experience and is well funded and backed by top angel investors and tier 1 institutional investors.
Role: Founders Office Management
Work directly with founders or leadership team in multi-dimensional projects to help build and grow the company.
Responsibilities
- Drive 0 to 1 initiatives closely with founders
- Drive high impact projects such as performance improvement, retention enhancement, brand recall, NPS improvement, organizational initiatives, new category identification, etc.
- Facilitate quick and effective decision making on key matters of the organization with data and analysis.
- Own business measurements.
- Monitor key business metrices, flag anomalies & disturbing trends, find actionable insights around growth, profitability or brand.
- Conduct regular primary & secondary research to be able to take informed and insightful decisions
- Drive (1) business, (2) project and (3) launch reviews with cross-functional teams
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors of Engineering / Science / Maths / Economics / Commerce from a premier institute
- 2-4 yrs of experience, preferably in strategy, growth, consulting or investments.
- Atleast 1 yr of startup operating or investment experience
- Very strong analytical skills
- Strong solutioning ability with a creative bent of mind
- Strong customer orientation & interest in consumer internet
- Ability to take charge in cross-functional projects
- Thorough and organized
- Strong bias towards action & hustle
