Role Overview


As an Associate Growth Manager at NatHabit, you will play an integral role in driving user acquisition, activation, and retention across multiple channels. This hands-on role involves assisting in running growth initiatives, experimenting with innovative strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to help scale our growth efforts. You will develop strong analytical and execution skills while contributing directly to our mission of promoting natural, sustainable living.


Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing growth campaigns across paid advertising, organic channels, SEO, content marketing, email, and referral initiatives.

- Support the design and running of experiments to improve user acquisition funnels, activation rates, and retention metrics.

- Analyze campaign performance data to provide insights and recommend optimization strategies.

- Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and analytics teams to help align growth efforts with overall business goals.

- Stay updated on new growth tools, channels, and best practices to contribute ideas for innovative strategies.

- Participate in knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the growth team.


Qualifications & Skills


- 0 to 3 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or product marketing roles. Internship and project experience are valued.


- Basic proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, or similar platforms.

- Familiarity with paid media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads), SEO, content marketing, or referral marketing is a plus.

- Curious, hands-on, with a strong desire to learn and experiment.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a proactive and scrappy approach.

- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Bonus: Exposure to no-code tools (Zapier, Airtable, Webflow) or growth hacking techniques.
