Talent Acquisition Specialist
Role Overview
- The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a pivotal role requiring 35 years of proven experience in IT recruitment within the Indian market, focused on supporting Narwals triple-digit growth by attracting top-tier technical talent.
- This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end technical hiring lifecycle and requires a professional with a strong understanding of technology roles, specialized sourcing strategies, and the ability to operate effectively and independently within a fully remote organization.
- The incumbent will be instrumental in expanding the company's delivery capabilities in cutting-edge AI, Data, and Quality Engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities and Recruitment Execution
- End-to-End Recruitment Management: Manage end-to-end technical recruitment processes efficiently, covering the entire lifecycle from initial sourcing and screening through interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and final offer acceptance.
- Strategic Sourcing: Leverage India-focused sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Hirist, etc.) to proactively identify, engage, and attract high-quality technical candidates, ensuring the constant delivery of diverse and specialized talent.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical and high-volume technical roles, consistently delivering within established timelines and recruitment metrics (e.g., Time-to-Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate).
- Stakeholder Partnership: Partner closely with business and technology leaders across North America, the UK, and India to understand immediate and future hiring needs, role priorities, and specific technical requirements.
- Negotiation and Offer Management: Apply strong negotiation skills to manage compensation discussions and close candidates successfully, ensuring offers are competitive and aligned with internal salary bands.
- Market Insight: Maintain strong market knowledge of compensation trends and talent availability within the Indian IT sector, particularly in the specialized domains of AI, Data, and Quality Engineering.
- Process Adherence: Ensure all recruitment activities are logged accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and adhere to established internal processes and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications and Attributes
- Experience: 35 years Proven experience in IT recruitment within the Indian market.
- Sourcing and Negotiation: Demonstrable Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Communication and Autonomy: Possess Clear, confident communication and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of current technical roles and job functions within the software development and IT services industry.
Preferred Skills
- Domain Expertise: Familiarity with Data, AI, or Quality Engineering hiring is a strong plus, demonstrating the ability to understand specialized technical job requirements in these high-growth areas.
- Prior experience recruiting for a global organization with international delivery centers.
- Experience utilizing advanced boolean search techniques and talent relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Familiarity with niche technical communities and passive candidate engagement strategies.
