About the Role:
We are seeking a Product Manager (PM) to lead our Solutioning Team within the Analytics & AI division of a large hospital network. The PM will play a pivotal role in solving first-time problems, shaping scalable solution templates, and developing accelerators that enable rapid, repeatable delivery of analytics and AI-powered products across clinical, operational, and patient experience processes.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, product strategy, and domain problem-solving, working closely with business SMEs, delivery teams, and leadership stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Problem Solving:
- Own and lead solution design across data analytics, automation, and AI bots for clinical, operational, financial, and patient-experience use cases. Crack first-time problems, structure ambiguous business requirements, and create reference architectures, prototypes, and reusable solution templates.

- Evaluate feasibility, ROI, data availability, and implementation considerations for proposed solutions.
- Translate innovative solutions into productized components, frameworks, playbooks, accelerators, and reusable modules that speed up project execution.
- Ensure solution artefacts are consistent, standardised, and scalable across the network.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide hands-on technical guidance to data engineers, analysts, ML engineers, and architects during prototyping.
- Conduct technical due diligence, vendor evaluation, tooling assessments, and architecture reviews.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with the Business Team to validate requirements, scope MVPs, and drive adoption readiness.
- Mentor the Delivery Team to ensure solutions are implemented as designed and serve as an escalation point for complex issues.
- Partner with clinical, operations, and IT counterparts to ensure solutions align with compliance, data governance, and workflow realities.
Roadmap & Strategy:
- Own the roadmap for reusable AI/analytics assets and shape long-term productisation strategy.
- Identify whitespace opportunities for automation, analytics, AI augmentation, and digital workflow redesign.
- Track market trends, AI maturity, vendor landscape, and hospital digital transformation approaches.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Must-Have MBA or equivalent degree from a Top-tier B-school with strong technology specialisation or product/strategy focus (preferred).
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields would be preferred.
Professional Experience:
- Strong background (4+ years) in product management or business analytics, automation, or AI solutioning.
- Experience with: Data platforms, BI tools, and analytics solutions.
- Conversational AI, RPA, BPM, or healthcare automation use cases.
- Machine learning, predictive modelling, or AI workflows (bonus).
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with business product teams and delivery/engineering teams.
Domain Advantage:
- Healthcare or hospital systems experience is a strong plus, especially exposure to:
Clinical workflows, Patient journey analytics, Operational efficiency and EMR/EHR interoperability or HIS systems.
Core Skills & Competencies:
- Strong problem-structuring and analytical mindset.
- Proven ability to convert business ambiguity into technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of data lifecycle, ML lifecycle, cloud architectures, and automation frameworks.
