We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and delivery of enterprise software products.

The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business, technology, and userstranslating ideas into well-defined product requirements and driving execution in an agile environment.

This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and solving complex problems at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives

- Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and customers

- Translate business needs into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria

- Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

- Own backlog management, sprint planning, and release coordination in an agile framework

- Drive cross-functional collaboration across distributed teams

- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to guide continuous improvement

- Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations to internal and external stakeholders

- Support go-to-market initiatives and product launches

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in enterprise software

- Strong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

- Strong presentation and storytelling skills

- Creative problem-solving mindset with the ability to think strategically and tactically

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development frameworks and strong delivery orientation

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior technical or software development experience

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification

- Experience working in a startup environment

- Experience collaborating with geographically distributed or remote teams
