Performance marketing drives a big part of our growth, and we're looking for someone who can lead this function with strategy, ownership, and sharp execution.

What You'll Do (Your Impact)

- Lead the performance marketing function across Meta, Google, and new channels.

- Plan, launch, and scale high-performing campaigns that fuel revenue growth.

- Manage large monthly spends (- 50 lakhs+ per month) with full ownership of ROAS and CAC.

- Analyse funnels, cohorts, attribution, and platform data to uncover opportunities.

- Build advanced audience frameworks: segmentation, remarketing, lookalikes, custom intent.

- Run experiments across creatives, formats, bidding, and landing pages.

- Monitor daily performance and act fast when metrics shift.

- Mentor performance associates and ensure high-quality execution.

- Collaborate with founders, product, and creative teams on goals and new channel expansions.

- Lead monthly planning, forecasting, and reporting with clear insights.

- Build systems and playbooks that make the performance function stronger.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Experience)

- Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, especially for D2C scaling.

- Deep understanding of audience building, attribution, and platform algorithms.

- Experience managing and optimising large budgets with consistent results.

- Analytical mindset with comfort working across dashboards and experiments.

- Leadership experience with mentoring and team support.

- High ownership mindset and ability to solve problems under pressure.

- Clear communication with founders and cross-functional teams.
