As we scale, were looking for a highly organized and proactive Customer Relationship Associate (CRA) to support our leadership team and ensure exceptional customer engagement.

Role Overview:

As a Customer Relationship Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and engaging interactions with our customers.

You will be the first point of contact and will drive customer satisfaction at every stage of the journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute and monitor WhatsApp CRM campaigns using Interakt

- Manage and segment customer data for personalized communication

- Track campaign performance (open rates, responses, conversions) and prepare reports

- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams

- Respond to customer queries via Interakts shared inbox

- Assist in building automated customer engagement workflows

- Ensure accurate, clean CRM data and timely follow-ups

Requirements:

- 1 2 years of relevant experience in CRM, customer support, or marketing

- Hands-on experience with Interakt or similar WhatsApp CRM tools

- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi

- Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel

- Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-first mindset

- Must be available to work from our Turbhe office (on-site role)
