Ensuring exceptional quality in client deliverables and ability to articulately present reports / findings to relevant stakeholders. - Analyzing and synthesizing information from several sources and draw coherent, well-evidenced conclusions. - Draft reports and presentations on findings and recommendations for clients. - Supervise junior staff and ensure they are provided with learning and development opportunities leading to career progression. Providing leadership and guidance to junior team members. - Create awareness of Forensic Services with clients and staff. - Maintaining client confidential data and processing it within the confines of Company's policy regarding data protection and confidentiality. - Monitor projects are delivered as per set timelines. - Communicate the results of assignments through written reports and oral presentations on a timely basis to client management. - Assist engagement partner with identification for any new firm services at existing or new clients. Prepare and track proposals and conduct proposal meetings with clients. Responsible for developing and growing business and managing portfolio of clients. - Developing strong relationships with top executives at prospects (target clients) and existing clients. - Build a strong network of contacts and leverage it for business development - Develop and engage team through individual contacts and group meetings. Assist with hiring, training, and evaluation of staff and take effective actions to address performance. - Support practice management including work in progress monitoring, proposal development and monitoring of performance against the business plan. Lay down processes for improvement as well as strengthen the practice in the region. - Represent the firm at various industry and professional forums. - Conduct learning sessions and develop knowledge sharing forums with other functions within the firm as well as with clients. - Assist Partners/Directors in conducting various proactive marketing efforts and sales pitch. - Managing/leading multiple and diverse engagements simultaneously. - Liaising with clients and build on existing client relationships. - Managing diverse team within a highly inclusive team culture where people are respected and valued for their contribution. - Preparing pitches, proposals, tender submissions, and other bidding documents. - Supporting practice administration, people management, client management, trainings, knowledge management, quality & risk management (QRM) and business development initiatives. - Assisting with regulatory interactions and submissions on forensic engagements. - Ensuring compliance to the firm's risk management policies and procedures. Required Skills - Min 10-12 years' experience. Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant - Certified Fraud Examiner would be an additional advantage. - Expertise in detecting and investigating frauds and maintaining corroborative evidence. - Prior experience of Anti Bribery & Corruption, Forensic Audit, Forensic Investigation, Employee Investigation, Fraud Risk Management/ Assessment, Dispute Advisory or investigative work (including project management), interview techniques. - Expertise in accounting and auditing matters and sound knowledge and understanding of internal control concepts and application. - The maturity and authority necessary to deal with senior management and sensitive issues. - Good team player and willingness to meet/ interact with people from diverse background and skill sets; - Self-confident and self-motivated - Good communication skills, verbally and in writing, with the ability to explain complex transactions in a clear and concise manner
