KRAs: - Candidate will be working in the front-end investment banking domain - Analysis of financial statements: Income Statement, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Statement (incl. Free cash flow, funds from operations) of public and private companies - Strong understanding of calculating IRR & valuation approaches (Income/Market Approach) and techniques like DCF, Transaction comparable, Trading multiples etc - Detailed preparation of Information Memorandum, Teasers, Financial Models, company profiles, Investor profiling, Industry research, Transaction analysis & strategic presentations - Assisting in organizations in Growth Strategy, Management Consulting, Organic Expansion strategy etc - Conduct extensive market & industry research Qualification (any of the below): - Chartered Accountant - fresher having Articleship experience from Big4's with in corporate finance / transaction advisory services - CFA L1/L2 completed with experience of working in Corporate Finance role or Core Investment banking firm for about 1 year - MBA with experience of working in Corporate Finance role or Core Investment banking firm for about 1 year
