Title - Manager - Finance Transformation

Location - Mumbai

Tentative Joining - Immediate to 30 days joiners

- Understand client requirements and devise appropriate, practical solutions to achieve finance transformation goals.

- Evaluate alternative systems, tools and vendors based on functional fit, features, implementation feasibility and cost-effectiveness.

- Engage with client teams for data gathering, conduct analyses and draw meaningful insights to support recommendations.

- Prepare clear, high-quality interim and final reports for client presentations.

- Plan and manage project delivery - define deliverables, track milestones, manage timelines and ensure high-quality output within budget.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during delivery, proactively resolving issues and ensuring smooth project execution.

- Identify and nurture potential partnerships with tech product companies to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications, experience and skills:

- Chartered Accountant / MBA / M.com

- 4-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Finance Transformation role with a reputed consulting firm. Candidates with internal audit experience from reputed audit firms can also be considered if they demonstrate the required skillsets.

- Strong understanding of organizational processes, controls, and ability to identify improvement opportunities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, should be able to engage confidently with senior client stakeholders.

- Highly tech-savvy with practical experience in using finance and accounting technology tools and ERP systems. Good awareness of emerging technologies such as AI, RPA, APA etc.
