Associate Director - Audit
Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional for the role of Associate Director Statutory Audit. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage key client relationships while delivering high-quality audit and assurance services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Director/Partner team to manage and grow client relationships.
- Lead and execute assignments related to Statutory Audit, Indian GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP reporting.
- Oversee audit teams, ensuring timely completion of assignments with high-quality deliverables.
- Review financial statements, audit reports, and documentation for compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
- Ensure adherence to internal risk management and professional standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) experience with a Big 4 is an added advantage.
- 8+ years of experience in Statutory Audit or a similar environment within audit and accounting firms.
- Strong understanding of auditing standards, accounting frameworks (IGAAP, IFRS, US GAAP), and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and in demanding client situations.
- Willingness to travel within India or internationally for extended durations if required.
