Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Engagement & Outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with HR professionals and industry leaders
- Identify new companies for campus hiring and internships
- Organize placement drives, job fairs, and industry visits
2. Placement Operations
- Manage end-to-end campus placement processes
- Ensure timely communication between employers and students
- Follow up with companies for feedback and hiring updates
3. Student Preparation & Support
- Collaborate with training teams for resume workshops, soft skills, and mock interviews
- Counsel students on career paths and industry expectations
4. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain placement records and employer databases
- Prepare periodic reports for internal review
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong corporate HR network, especially in engineering/tech sectors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Experience in B2B sales or consulting is a plus
- Target-driven with strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and job portals
