NamTech - Director/Lead - Learning Engineering Centre

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and lead the Learning Engineering Centre.

- Drive curriculum innovation and competency-based education.

- Integrate AI, Learning Analytics, Digital Twins, XR (AR/VR/MR), and simulation-based learning into engineering education.

- Build faculty capability through modern pedagogy and AI-enabled teaching practices.

- Develop institutional learning analytics and quality enhancement frameworks.

- Design authentic, competency-based assessment systems.

- Collaborate with industry to create work-integrated learning, apprenticeships, and corporate learning programmes.

- Lead educational research, innovation, and international collaborations.

Eligibility:

- Ph.D. in Engineering, Education, Learning Sciences, Educational Technology, Cognitive Science, or a related discipline.

- 12-18 years of progressive experience in higher education, learning innovation, instructional design, or educational technology.
