Senior Credit Underwriter/Team Lead Credit Underwriter Job Description : - Responsible for credit appraisal and monitoring for SME Loans (Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan against property). - Implementation of Credit Policy primarily pre-approved and continuous evaluation to ensure adherence to the Policy and compliance with the Authority Matrix. - Analyzing the portfolio health and risk involved in particular segments of assets &amp; profile, SMES and giving timely feedback to the clients and internal Sales Team. - Ensuring portfolio quality is maintained at the highest standards and delinquency is under control. - Striving for continuous improvement in productivity. - Feedback for credit policy and new product launch based on market conditions. - To work closely with Manager of Credit Underwriting to ensure the process of risk analysis and the productivity of the team members remains Optimal throughout the course. - To train, guide and be a mediator between the voice of the cofounders and the Underwriting team to collaboratively achieve Namaste Credits Goal. Required Skills : - Should Mandatorily have exposure Working In NBFCS and Private Banks. - Proficiency in Assessing Financial Risks, Developing and Implementing Procedures, Conducting Quality control. - Should and must have prior and current experience in handling a team. - Should be more analytical in approach, Go Getter and should have multitudes in Critical thinking. - Attitude that is team focused with the skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively among an interdepartmental collaborative environment.
