Business Manager - Head of BI, MIS & Ecom Revenue About the position : Nalli is seeking an ambitious Business Manager for its E-commerce division. You should be strategic, execution-focused, planned, good at people management and data-oriented. You will report directly to the CEO of Ecommerce, You must be willing to build a fast-growing e-commerce business through strong focus on execution and operational excellence and processes and systems to scale the business. The ideal candidate : - 4 - 10 yrs. of experience in relevant (Retail, E-commerce, Business Analyst/ Strategic Consultant, E-commerce operations, Apparel, Inventory and Category management) - Advanced SQL, Excel, PYthon and experience with Google analytics - Analytical and data-oriented can recognize patterns and use logic to make compelling arguments, capable of building a culture of driving data driven decisions. -Proactively communicates upward : Comfortable making presentations to senior group leaders, board of directors, advisory boards, steercos and externals. - Very proactive in driving monthly and quarterly reviews, building and syndicating AOP and gaining alignment with all stakeholders. - Understands the right cadence and level of detail required, but also has the ability to do deep into the numbers with his unit CEO - Familiarly with building management control systems, understands the difference between being a 'builder' of systems in a fast-growing org vs a 'manager' of highly evolved processes and pre-existing systems only requiring incremental improvements - Strong PMO : Ability to effectively serve as project manager while keeping all details and components organized. - Strategic : Can build and execute sales, Marketing, Merch, Operations and Tech plans and levers. - Capable of tracking the progress via appropriate metrics, use data to iterate and course correct in a dynamic environment. - Leads the team effectively with strong grip on AOP and sales targets, building leading indicators and metrics to track on weekly, monthly, and daily basis. - Ability to manage ambiguity and complexity well, rank priorities, and quickly solve problems - Strong and effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator. - Empowers and inspires the team upward and downward: does not mistake leadership for management by committee, neither expects authoritarian autonomy for the units's running without oversight and governance. Roles & Responsibilities : - Own & achieve category financial targets & KPI's (Eg: revenue, margins, cost) by guiding, coordinating and overseeing Marketing, Merchandizing and all other cross-functional teams as required - Plan and optimize inventory, SKU levels by coordinating with all merchandisers across the company - Develop and execute the Nalli's eCommerce strategy to drive revenue growth. - Manage Department Heads, Managers and employees of all units (eg: Inventory/warehouse, Supply chain Tech, Marketing, Merchandising,) and guide & oversee units to ensure targets achieved. - Set goals & KPI's for individual teams for all ops-metrics (Sales, Ops, Marketing, productivity, cost etc); Coordinate with finance and Marketing teams to ensure ops KPI's are in line with Sales Plan, Budget and Marketing Plan - Build a team and foster development through effective coaching, positive motivation, clear communication of objectives and ongoing skills/product training with regular informal and formal feedback sessions - Oversee the design, functionality, and user experience of the Nalli e-commerce website. - Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, operations, and supply chain, to maximize eCommerce sales and the consumer buying experience - Analyze sales data and implement strategies to optimize online sales conversion rates. - Partner with the Marketing team to develop strategic digital marketing campaigns via SEM, Social, and Web to drive product sales and increase brand awareness. - Create SOPs as required, ensure SOPs are constantly updated and followed; automate processes wherever possible to ensure productivity and quality targets are achieved - Lead the sales, Marketing & Tech teams to provide visibility to the right products, target the right customer profiles, and maintain high brand positioning and shopping experience. Conceptualize and drive omnichannel initiatives, by working seamless with peers. - Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels and Implement inventory tracking systems and best practices and make sure that regular stock audits to ensure data accuracy and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
