About the Position:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to strategize, execute, and optimize our online marketing campaigns across performance channels, social platforms, CRM, and SEO. The role requires a data-driven marketer with strong creative instincts, preferably with experience in the textile and fashion industry.

Nalli is a heritage brand in Indian ethnic wear, especially renowned for its exquisite silk sarees. With a legacy of over 90 years, Nalli has successfully blended tradition with innovation across its expanding online and offline presence. We are now looking to scale our digital footprint and e-commerce growth with an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital journey.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Digital Media

- Prior experience in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry

- Knowledge of regional markets and festive buying behavior is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Marketing

- Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital ad platforms

- Own the ROAS and CAC metrics for online sales

- Collaborate with the creative team for high-performing ad assets

2. Retention & CRM

- Plan and execute email marketing, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns

- Drive customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing to increase LTV

3. Social Media & Content Coordination

- Oversee the social calendar and collaborate with brand/creative teams for posts and reels

- Coordinate influencer marketing and partnerships with regional content creators

4. SEO & Organic Growth

- Work with SEO consultants or manage on-page/off-page SEO strategies

- Optimize landing pages and product listings for organic visibility

5. Analytics & Reporting

- Track and report weekly/monthly performance across all digital channels

- Use tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify reports

6. E-Commerce Coordination

- Work closely with the merchandiser and web ops team for online product launches

- Ensure site readiness for campaigns, including banners, deals, and collections

Key Skills Required

- Proven experience in managing D2C marketing budgets and scaling digital revenue

- Strong command over Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance metrics

- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and analytics

- Ability to blend data and creative storytelling

- Strong team collaboration and stakeholder management skills
