We're Hiring: Business Analyst

Location: Coimbatore

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Project Delivery Team and help drive impactful solutions for our clients.

If you excel at understanding business processes, gathering requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment - we'd love to connect!

What You'll Do:

- Lead discovery sessions to understand and document client business processes.

- Facilitate workshops and virtual meetings to gather detailed requirements.

- Prepare BRDs, Use Cases, and Functional Specifications.

- Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers for seamless delivery.

- Act as the SPOC between business users and technical teams.

- Validate implemented solutions and ensure alignment with business needs.

- Manage Scrum ceremonies and project documentation.

- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

- 4+ years of client-facing Business Analyst experience.

- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum practices.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- BA/PM certifications are a plus.

- Graduate degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred.
