Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Planning:

- Align HR strategy with business objectives in residential development projects.

- Collaborate with department heads (construction, sales, planning, legal) to forecast workforce needs.

- Drive organizational change and workforce planning during expansion and new project launches.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

- Lead recruitment for technical (engineering, construction), sales, customer service, finance, and administrative roles.

- Implement strategies to attract skilled labor, site supervisors, architects, and project managers.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

- Serve as the point of contact for resolving employee issues across departments and sites.

- Build an inclusive and performance-driven culture with high morale and low attrition.

- Plan and execute employee engagement events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.

Training & Development:

- Identify training needs for sales teams, engineers, supervisors, and back-office functions.

- Roll out skill enhancement, safety training, and leadership development programs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Master's degree preferred.

- 8-12 years of HR experience, including 3-5 years in the real estate or construction sector.
