Naiknavare - Manager - MEP Services - Plumbing/Fire & HVAC

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Manager MEP Services to oversee the execution and coordination of Plumbing, Fire, and HVAC works across our projects.

This role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day execution of MEP services, including Plumbing, Firefighting, and HVAC systems.

- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to review drawings and specifications.

- Monitor project timelines, cost, and quality at each phase of execution.

- Conduct site visits and ensure that the work complies with approved plans and safety norms.

- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely completion of work.

- Support project documentation, technical reports, and process tracking using software tools.

- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving site-level issues effectively.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Solid experience in managing MEP systems with a focus on Plumbing, Fire & HVAC installations.

- Proficiency in relevant software tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.) is mandatory.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

- Capable of working in system-driven environments and adhering to structured processes.

Qualifications

- B./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (M./M.Tech preferred).

- A management certification or MBA would be an added advantage
