About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned DGM - MEP Services to lead large-scale Plumbing, Fire, and HVAC projects.

This senior leadership role demands deep technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, design, and execution of Plumbing, Fire, and HVAC systems for complex projects.

- Provide strategic direction to the project team to ensure timely and quality delivery.

- Conduct regular site inspections and technical audits.

- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.

- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations.

- Drive process improvements and adopt new technologies for better efficiency.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

- Expertise in relevant software tools is mandatory.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficient in system-based project tracking and reporting.

Qualifications: B./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (M./M.Tech preferred). MBA would be a plus
