Role Description:

- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Channel Sales Manager based in Cental Pune covering Shivaji Nagar, Model Colony, Parvati, Swargate, Singhad Road & Marketyard Areas.

- The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales through channel partners by identifying opportunities, developing strong business relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies.

- Day-to-day tasks include managing and supporting channel partners, overseeing sales processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

- The role requires regular coordination with internal teams and stakeholders to streamline operations and deliver a high level of service.

Qualifications:

- Experience in Channel Sales and working with Channel Partners to drive business growth.

- Strong skills in Sales, Sales Management, and achieving revenue targets.

- Proficient in closing will added advantage.

- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Experience in the real estate industry is a strong advantage.

- Proficiency in using CRM tools and data-driven decision-making is beneficial.
