We're looking for a seasoned sales leader to drive IT services growth, build CXO relationships, and close large, complex enterprise deals across India.
You will:
- Own and achieve annual sales targets
- Identify new prospects and convert leads into long term customers
- Engage CXO level stakeholders and drive digital transformation conversations
- Lead sales pursuits, proposals, and RFPs with presales teams
- Build strong client and partner relationships
- Represent Nagarro at industry events and forums
You need:
- 10+ yrs experience in IT Services / IT Consulting sales
- Strong CXO connections and enterprise selling expertise
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Hunter mindset with ability to sell complex solutions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
