Responsibilities:
- Practice build & maturity: As Global Practice Head, established and scaled HCM practices across
Workday, UKG, and SAP SuccessFactors, building the structure, POD/CoE operating model, certification
roadmap, and practice wide governance standards.
- Talent & hiring: Partnered with TA and TAG teams to drive hiring strategies, bring in certified talent,
reduce time-to-fill, and align capability building with partner mandates. Onboarded various certified
vendors globally to scale the talent. Oversaw cross skilling, certification ramps, and career progression
frameworks for consultants.
- Strategic partnerships: Spearheaded HCLTech's Workday Sales and Services Partnerships, a significant
milestone for an Indian SI, opening new GTM channels, co-sell opportunities, and certification pathways.
- Strategic oversight: Worked with GTM and Presales functions to shape solution strategy, review
proposals and RFP responses, lead bid defenses/orals, and ensure delivery guardrails are aligned with
commitments.
- End-to-end program delivery: Directed multi geo HCM programs from discovery to go-live and AMS,
including integrations/APIs, security, testing, cutover, and biannual release governance.
- Partnerships & ecosystem: Collaborated with alliance teams (Workday, UKG, SuccessFactors) to activate joint KPIs, pipeline generation, and certification targets.
- Innovation & accelerators: Introduced automation and GenAI driven solutions to improve time-to-value, quality, and margin in delivery and AMS.
- CXO level engagement: Advisor to program boards and sponsors, leading greenfield implementations, complex transformations, and program recoveries.
