Role Overview:

As a Subject Matter Expert in the Industrials Vertical, you will serve as the bridge between complex industrial challenges and our AI-driven technological solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and software engineers, to translate client-specific pain points into scalable product requirements. This role involves deep engagement with C-suite stakeholders and operational heads to ensure that our deployments deliver measurable business outcomes, such as cost reduction, throughput optimization, and improved asset reliability. You will be instrumental in shaping the product roadmap and ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of industrial innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead strategic consulting engagements with industrial clients to identify operational bottlenecks and define high-impact AI use cases.

- Translate complex manufacturing and supply chain requirements into actionable technical specifications for the product and engineering teams.

- Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring that project deliverables align with the clients long-term digital transformation objectives.

- Conduct techno-commercial feasibility studies to evaluate the ROI of proposed AI implementations for industrial processes.

- Drive the adoption of Industry 4.0 frameworks by providing domain expertise during the pre-sales and post-sales implementation phases.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine product features based on real-world industrial feedback and evolving market trends.

Required Skillset:

- Possess 4 - 7 years of professional experience in management consulting, manufacturing operations, or supply chain strategy.

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of industrial processes, including lean manufacturing, production planning, and end-to-end supply chain logistics.

- Exhibit strong techno-commercial acumen with the ability to articulate the value proposition of complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

- Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of navigating high-stakes client engagements and influencing senior leadership.

- Show proficiency in identifying and implementing Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, predictive maintenance, or digital twins.

- Hold an MBA or an advanced degree in Engineering from a premier institute, providing a solid foundation for strategic problem-solving.

- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote-first environment while maintaining high levels of accountability and project ownership.
