Myridius - Data Scientist

Preferred candidate profile :

- Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and stochastic processes.

- Facile with advanced statistical concepts such as martingales, Bayesian methods.

- Experience using statistics concepts to handle interaction effects within and between tests.

- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and/or open-source models. More Anthropic Claude Code. We are using this to write skills and create agents/sub-agents.

- Experience developing predictive, probabilistic, or machine learning models.

- Strong Python development experience.

- Prompt engineering and LLM evaluation.

- API integration and AI application development.

- Production deployment of AI/ML solutions.

- Ability to analyze complex relationships and interactions across multiple structured and unstructured datasets.

- Experience with Adobe Analytics.

Preferred :

- M.S. or Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.

- Experience with causal inference, experimentation, and large-scale data analysis.

The datasets to be analyzed in the experiments that Disney runs are rather small, so any big data or "data at scale" is not really needed. Having said this, small datasets, especially those that in the boundary between small and not-small present unique problems of their own.
