Role Overview:

The Founder's Office (Business Operations) role serves as a strategic extension of the leadership team, acting as a bridge between high-level vision and ground-level execution. You will work directly with the founders to translate complex business challenges into actionable operational strategies. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure organizational alignment, drive process efficiency, and manage critical stakeholder relationships. Your work will directly influence the company's growth trajectory, resource allocation, and overall operational excellence.

Job Description:

- Drive business strategy by conducting deep-dive analysis into market trends and internal performance metrics to support leadership decision-making.

- Lead end-to-end business operations by identifying bottlenecks in existing workflows and implementing scalable solutions to improve productivity.

- Drive cross-functional execution as Founder's right-hand.

- Proactively solve operational bottlenecks across HR, Finance (US/India), legal, and cap table management (Carta).

- Enforce strict task tracking and negotiate hard with vendors.

Ideal Profile:

- 4+ yrs in startups, BizOps, or consulting.

- Meticulous, thrives in ambiguity, strong financial/operational acumen (Carta, contracts).

- Must be in-office (HSR Layout) with US time overlap.
