Role Overview: Responsible for managing marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities at a company or organization. Takes steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of a company through various goals and objectives.  Job Responsibilities:  - Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.  - Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.  - Handling projects in the field of BTL, Events, OOH Branding keeping in mind the cost factor and quality of execution.  - Plan and prepare a media plan for brands suitable for their marketing initiatives.   - To monitor and guide the execution team.  - Documentation: Working on drafting out proposals, cost sheets, reports and other essentials.  - Propose new Media Options to brands and work towards quality execution of the same.  - To manage execution team for timely delivery of projects.  - Preparing marketing calendar and ensure the activities being conducted in the allocated budgets.  - Conducting Loyalty Program for the existing customers  - Product Launches.  - Recede, reporting, costing followed by customized branding at retail outlets for brands.  - Hard Merchandising: Signage- Neon/ ACP/ Acrylic/ Translit/GSB/ FL, SAV on SB, Vinyl, Standee etc.  - Soft Merchandising: Danglers, Floor Vinyl, Bunting, Wobblers, Posters, Stickers.  - Co-ordination with the creative team  - Prepare activities focusing on Customer Acquisition  - Helping the sales team achieve their targets through marketing activities  - Preparing MIS and other activity report for weekly reviews  - Coordinating with the sales department in their assigned region to get feedback of local markets and accordingly plan our promotional activities.  - One to one presentation with customers   - Adhering the timelines  - Responsible for setting up a strong network of vendors/agencies for various promotional activities planned for the respective region. Streamlining the vendors and setting up processes that give a professional output in terms of execution of various marketing activities.  - Responsible to ensure satisfactory execution of all the strategic marketing plans and streamlining all the promotional activities to develop the business in the Region.  - Responsible for coordinating with local agencies for the execution of the promotional plan which includes coordinating for best quotes, coordinating for creative, coordinating for monitoring, etc.  EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:  - MBA/ PGDM in Marketing Management.  - Must have atleast 3 years of marketing role, managing marketing projects with multiple stakeholders.  Key Skills:  - 3 to 6 year of exhaustive knowledge in Marketing management principles and practices.  - Candidate from education industry will be preferred.  - Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.  - Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.  - Co-coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.  - Overseeing the company's marketing budget.  - Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.  - Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
