Role Description : - This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Greater Delhi Area (Nehru Place). - The Business Development Manager will oversee the company's sales initiatives and customer acquisition strategies, and work towards developing new business partnerships and upgrading existing ones. - The Business Development Manager will also engage in product promotions and business development activities, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and work with internal teams to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners. Qualifications : - In this role, you will work with a motivated team to drive conversions for programs. Your job responsibilities will include: - Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis Identify need of prospects & recommend them prospects for programs through outbound calls - Close sales over the phone by demonstrating the value of our products - Build and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up - Stay up to date on industry trends and new product offerings lead generation Requirements : - 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients - Proficiency in using CRM and sales tools - Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently - Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required - Initial 6 months work from office
