Today, Myntra is the largest online lifestyle retailer with over 500 national and international brands under its banner.  Responsibilities:  - Maintains payroll by: Collating and calculating of payroll inputs and relevant data.  - Maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures  - Manage regular preparation of relevant reports: Including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports (Gross payroll, OT-Hours worked, Holiday Wages, Tax Deductions, etc.)  - Complies with state or region wise with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management or superiors on needed actions.  - Manages Statutory compliances on ESI, PF, State wise M.W., P.T. Factories Act, Bonus Act, etc.,  - Communicate actively with Operations, HR and Billing to review cross-departmental impacts and reconcile data sharing.  - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. (Supervise payroll Staff)  Basic Requirements:  - 6-7 years Experience: Reporting Skills and People Management Skills  - Proficient at MS Office (especially Excel) - Numerical ability and data entry skills.  - Must be a team player - Ability to work to deadlines.  - Must be highly organized and attention to detail.  - Understanding of payroll legislation and processes.  - Knowledge in Statutory Laws
