Job Description: Process Monitoring Position - Associate - Process Monitoring - Minimum Skills/qualifications MBA in Operational/Supply Chain/Operational Research - 1 - 3 Years of Relevant Experience across Supply Chain/Manufacturing/E-Commerce/FMCG Relevant Domains: Process Excellence, Process Mapping, Process Improvements, Process Audit About Process Mapping team: - This team is responsible for Monitoring, mapping and tracking all active/inactive processes across all the warehouses &amp; the entire logistics/delivery network pan India. - This team will also be responsible for tracking, finalizing &amp; publishing all process changes across the corresponding network along with relevant KPI, operational risk related metrics as well as impact assessment in the event of misses both from a customer &amp; operational perspective. Job Description and responsibilities: - Prepare &amp; update the online repository for each process across the entire network. - Interact with all process owners &amp; stakeholders in order to understand and document all process dependencies, impact areas, KPIs, operational risk etc. - Secure approvals for all the SOPs/Processes from the owners/stakeholder prior to rolling out. - Publish the final process note/SOP as a part of the online catalog for each process with implication, a key measure to track which indicate the health of the process, - Detail operational risk in the event of each process failing etc. - Identify &amp; Tag Owners for each process - Continuously engage with folks across both verticals (warehouse &amp;myntra logistics) to detect process changes &amp; update the same on the portal - Provide continuous updates/intelligence to the dependent teams (Training &amp; Compliance) - Roll out process updates for each change to the entire network. - Conduct surveys/checks to measure the current understanding of processes and work with the training team in order to improve awareness/communication across the entire SCM network.
