Roles and Responsibilities: - Develop compensation revision budgets aligned with business strategy for the organization - Manage the compensation review process as per the timelines for annual and promotion cycles - Conduct external benchmarking for compensation by working with various vendors and participation in market surveys, compiling and analyzing various reports - Administration of the LTI- ESOP policy across employee life cycle hiring, compensation reviews, promotions and special talent programs - Process owner for managing the job and role catalogue for the organization - Manage compliance, audit & documentation requirements around compensation - Support workforce planning and budgeting aligned with the goals of the organization - Support initiatives on roll out and administration of policies, benefits and wellness initiatives Qualifications & Experience: - Post Graduate Diploma / MBA in HR or similar from reputed institute with 4-5 years of relevant experience. Exposure to annual compensation review process or benefits will be preferred - Proactive solution orientation & ownership and High attention to detail - Advanced spreadsheet skills (MS Excel, Google sheet) - Good presentation skills - Familiar with at any job evaluation method and any HRMS/HRIS - Basic data analysis & reporting skills
