Myntra - Principal Associate - Supply Planning/Hyperlocal Operations

Role Overview:

Myntra is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Senior Manager to take care of Mnow (Hyperlocal) central operations and program management on key strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with around 6-10 years of work experience in Quick Commerce Supply Chain, analytics and program management with a passion for driving improvements. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver, eager to collaborate with teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Real-time Operations Monitoring & Exception Management: Proactively monitor Quick Commerce shipments within the designated hyperlocal network

- Performance Analysis and Optimization: Conduct deep-dive analysis on hyperlocal delivery performance metrics to identify root causes of inefficiencies and propose actionable process improvements to reduce costs and enhance customer experience

- Manage multi dimensional programs and new initiatives with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and inventory flow.

- Lead the creation of reports and dashboards to identify issues and drive corrective actions

- Drive cross-functional initiatives to solve problems and improve efficiency.

Essential Skills and Experience:

- Supply Chain & Logistics Management: Deep knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and fulfillment processes, particularly in a hyper-local or last-mile delivery environment.

- Data Analysis & Reporting: Strong ability to analyze supply chain metrics, interpret data from dashboards, and use insights to make informed decisions. Proficiency in tools like Excel and Google suite is a must.

- Project & Program Management: Exceptional skills in managing complex projects, handling multiple stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution from planning to launch.

- Problem-Solving: The ability to identify root causes of operational issues and implement structural, long-term solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Masters degree in Supply Chain, Operations, project management or a related field.

- Experience with data analysis tools and basic programming languages like R or Python is a plus.
